What does the service consist of?
The oil change we do is just like any other oil change service. We drain out the old used oil, change the existing oil filter and put in the new synthetic oil as per your car manufacturer's recommendations.
How much is the cost of oil and filter change service?
The engine oil and filter change service cost depends upon your car's make, model, manufacturer year and odometer reading. Each car takes different quantities of Engine oils ( 3.2 Liters to 5 Liters) so the exact cost can be calculated when you punch in the parameters we mentioned earlier. There are no hidden fees.
What locations do you service at?
Currently we are servicing cars in city of Hyderabad with primary focus areas being Hi-Tech city, Madhapur, Kondapur, Gachibowli, Manikonda, Shaikpet, Puppalguda, Nanakramguda, Financial District, Kothaguda, Kukatpally, Miyapur & Hafeezpet
We have many cars to service simultaneously. How about bulk bookings?
If in case you have multiple cars to service at, you could book the entire 3 hours or 6 hours of slots based on the number of cars you have. We can dedicate technicians for longer hours if you come up as a bulk booking for your apartment complex or at your office location. We do take corporate bookings.
Do I need to know the grade of the oil / filter that goes in my car?
It is nice to know but certainly not reauired for you to know in advance if your car manufacturer recommends 5W-30 or 0W-20 oil grade. Regardless, we will keep you educated w.r.t. what we will be putting in your car engine.
How is this better than taking my car to the dealership?
You do not have to drop off and pick up your vehicle to/from our loation. Unlike dealership where your car is stationed for hours, our technicians finish up the servicing in minutes giving you access to your car far quickly than the conventional approach.
How long does the service actually take?
Typically our oil change service will last no more than 30 minutes. You will be notified through the app as soon as service is started and ended along with detailed pictures of the service and parts replaced.
What are your working hours? Would you come at the exact time we want you to be?
We work in 4 shifts of 3 hours each, which is 12 hours a day in total. Due to dynamic nature of our business and on-demand servicing; it is difficult to commit a particular time. When you book a service, you don't book the exact time, rather you book your service in a time slot of 3 hours in which we can show up anytime; giving you a 30 minutes of heads up.
